Bespoke design options
Personalised Gift Card
Every hamper includes a high quality gift card with your message printed.
Our gift cards are printed with our unique and contemporary British design, completed with a matt finish.
At the online checkout, you’ll be given the option to add a message of up to 200 characters. Your message is the chance to let your recipient know who’s sending the hamper, whilst also enhancing their gift experience with a personalised message and well wishes.
We’ll neatly print your message onto the gift card and carefully place it on top of the hamper lid, tucked under our ribbon, so that it’s the first thing they see.
And if you’re a company; we’re able to add your logo to the gift card or you can send your own gift cards for us to include.

Our priority is to make sure you receive the best possible customer experience, which only ends when your hamper’s safely delivered and your recipient is elated.
All our hampers are sent on a tracked service so that you can monitor progress from dispatch to delivery.
We also monitor delivery progress and will help you along the way.
We’ve designed all our hampers to ensure safe delivery to the countries we send to. The food and drink within the hampers is safely nestled within high quality, vanilla paper and bottles are wrapped in our sustainable protective sleeves.
The hampers are then securely packaged into shipping boxes and sent on an express courier service so that they’re in transit for minimal time.

We’re always improving our company processes to make sure our food hampers are sustainable, environmentally friendly gifts. Here are three examples of our latest sustainability efforts:
Goodbye to single use plastics
Our hampers no longer include bubble wrap – saving over 40,000m2 of plastic a year. All glass bottles and jars within our hampers are wrapped in a high quality, recyclable cardboard sleeve which is both protective and sustainable.
Reducing delivery emissions
We’re partnered with DHL International who have pledged an investment of over 7 billion euros by 2030 into reducing their emissions by 4 million tonnes.
Recycle and re-use
Both our British lidded box hampers and traditional wicker baskets are recyclable. And furthermore, they’re reusable too and make beautiful keepsakes. We get a huge number of customers and recipients letting us know what they’re now using their empty gift hampers for!
