All of our food hampers are available for our ‘gift by text’ option. All you need to do is provide your recipient’s mobile number and/or email address and we’ll send a link of the gift hamper you’ve purchased to your recipient.
 

They’ll be able to click on the link, view the hamper and your personalised gift message and then enter their address details and choose their preferred delivery date.
 

This is a great solution for last minute gifts and fast gift delivery to New Zealand as your recipient can receive the link to their gift hamper on the same day you purchase it. (Or you can choose a later date if preferred).

When you click on a hamper and update the delivery country, you’ll see a message saying the ‘earliest delivered by date’. Later in the checkout process you’ll be able to choose this date or a later date if preferred.

No, unfortunately you cannot send alcohol to New Zealand.
 

This is due to customs restrictions which would prevent efficient delivery if we were to include alcohol with our hampers to send abroad.

As we specialise in international gift delivery and cannot send alcohol abroad, we highly advise ordering an alcoholic gift in New Zealand if it’s compulsory that you gift alcohol. This will help you avoid any customs issues.

Firstly, we hand-pack all our hampers at our HQ in Lincolnshire. They’re carefully hand-packed so that they’re robust and secure for international gift delivery.
 

Our courier, DHL, collects the gift hamper from us and transports it carefully to New Zealand. When DHL collects from us, you’ll receive tracking information so that you can monitor gift delivery too.
 

Our gift hampers are designed so that they pass through customs efficiently. We send them on a ‘delivery duties paid’ basis and only include suitable food, so there’s no cause for delay.
 

The local DHL courier in New Zealand will then attempt delivery. If your recipient is not at home on the day of delivery, we can rearrange for either a collection from a local pick up point or a redelivery attempt from the courier the following day.
